wSunday, August 17, 2003 Naked Babies ! i saw nekkid babies i saw nekkid babies !! =) they were so cute, playing around in the sand at the beach with tummies as round as watermelons. They look like watermelons with little arms and legs flailing around everywhere. Although, i wondered if the mom ever worried that sand ( among other various things on the beach) might get up their hoo-haw. I mean, they were sitting so roughly on the ground...Hrmmm... anywho, there is something so liberating, so spiritual about going to the beach. Especially when life has been rough. You just go to the beach and take long swims past the shore, listen to the roar of the ocean, feel your body float atop the strong pull of the waves, smell the ocean air, boogie board to your hearts content, see the sun disappear over the horizon, and come home with soft feet and hair. =) Lovely. there was a bay-watch-y type of lifeguard on duty who, i think, might compel many young women to fake drown....repeatedly. =) Who knew they really existed? taking yummy quizno's sammiches to the Getty to eat in the pretty garden in dreamy mid-afternoon is clearly a genius idea, one that will be used repeatedly in the years to come. I love summer break. =) gotta enjoy the rest of it before i havto start packing and moving to san diego and starting school.......which, ironically, will be just as fun. xD !! posted by Laura at 6:42 PM
