Did you know the world Gullible is not in the dictionary? The National American Heritage Dictionary made a statement that the word " gullible" in itself was entirely misused and abused in its jest that it took it out, and instead replaced it with a different word.
not really =) but that is the word to describe my mom ( and of course, not i)
my mom bought a bootleg copy of finding Nemo. Then when she saw how ghetto it was, all fuzzy and whatnot, she was like " i dont understand. The man told me he aquired these copies in Europe because the DVD's are already out there".
sigh, young child. heh
lol, and what utter ghettoness. In one scene of the movie, you can see the shadow of an old woman strutting past to get to her seat holding a tray of nachos.
haha.
today i lost the only hetero-sexual "guy" friend i ever thought i had. =( and it was so unexpected too, it makes me sad. He called me out the blue, he said what's up, i told him what's up these days, he got upset and rushed me off the phone.
then he called me back at two in the morn, but i was sleeping ( go figure ) and left me this message that he had wished he told me how he felt about me from the very start and now its too late...i think its just one of those things again, like...he didnt really even care until i wasnt available anymore...
ugh. Just like they have diet pills and penis pills and great skin pills and blah blah they should make pills to allow men and women to have entirely platonic but every bit as great friendships. =(
on the same note, my ex sent me the nicest card just to say hello and to wish me a great summer...which is weird, cuz i think that we *might* actually be friends....it seems as though he's not really quite trying to get me back anymore. =) which is good, cuz i think that this might be able to prove my hetero-friendship theory wrong. =)
i think its just cuz its summer and its hot and people go crazy when its hot.
"The hypothalamus is one of the most important parts of the brain, involved in many kinds of motivation, among other functions. The hypothalamus controls the "Four F's":
1)fighting;
2)fleeing;
3)feeding; and
4)mating. "
hah... from a neuropsychology pamphlet i found in waiting room. hilarious.
